At David Grace Estate Agency, property isn’t just our business—it’s our family legacy. We’re a family-run agency based in the heart of Grantham, and although our name might be new, our roots in the local property market run deep.

We launched in April 2025 with a simple mission: to bring a more personal, honest, and innovative approach to estate agency. And with over 50 years of combined experience in property, we’re doing just that.

This new chapter is a proud family collaboration. Mark Newton, a name many in Grantham will know, returns to the industry after leading two of the town’s most successful estate agencies. He now chairs the business, joining forces with his children, David (our Managing Director) and Grace (our Sales Director). Together, we’ve created something really special—an estate agency that’s modern in outlook but built on trust, relationships, and good old-fashioned service.
