A New Chapter for East Midlands Property Management

With over 50 years of estate agency experience, the Newton family has long been a familiar name in the Grantham property market.

In April 2025, Mark Newton joined forces with his son David and daughter Grace to launch David Grace Estate Agents and acquire East Midlands Property Management (EMPM), one of the area's longest-established lettings businesses.

Founded in 1986, EMPM had built an excellent reputation for property management across Grantham, Newark and the surrounding areas. The business now manages over 500 rental properties. The acquisition brought together decades of local knowledge and experience with a fresh, modern approach to estate agency.

With Mark Newton as Chairman, David Newton as Managing Director and Grace Newton as Sales Director, the family set out to build a business combining traditional customer service with innovative property marketing.

Today, David Grace Estate Agents and East Midlands Property Management continue to build on that heritage, offering professional sales, lettings and property management services with the personal touch that only a family-run business can provide.
